REC's AES Report

The Audio Engineering Society returned to the Javits Center in New York City on October 18–20. The unusual show timing, in the middle of the week, was to allow AES to convene at the same time as the New York meeting of the National Association of Broadcasters, whose primary show takes place in Las Vegas in the spring. With the two events next to one another at the Javits, there as crossover traffic that helped to produce some impressive crowds. Here’s a sample of the gear shown on the exhibition floor.
