How to Fill a Mic Locker in 30 Easy Years

Most of us might never have enough microphones to need an actual locker. For me, it’s a microphone drawer at best, and that was an upgrade from the old milk crate! That said, most of my microphones are not in the locker (ahem, drawer); instead, they are up on stands and in use.

I will admit this is me just bragging that I don’t have to clean up my room between sessions like a commercial studio. I’m currently at around 30 mics, not counting a few cheap lavalier microphones and a $10 bag of contact mics! But I didn’t get to this point with my collection all on my own or in a day!
