Like any new format, everyone’s approach to mixing in Atmos differs. If you’ve been mixing for years, immersive mixing is very much a conversation about adapting your stereo workflow to the immersive environment. If you’re just starting out, Atmos can be very intimidating. Honing your craft in stereo can take years of hard work, but then you add Atmos to the mix (no pun intended) and everything gets more confusing.
