Inside the Box with Joe Albano: Mixing Instruments

The theme of this issue is recording instruments. The topic of this month’s Inside the Box is what we do with those recorded tracks once they’re, well, inside the box! Whether recorded via mics or DI, or even virtually generated, the same editing, processing, and mixing techniques apply across the board.
