Hearty Har is a soulful psychedelic rock band that brings sounds of the past laced with modern sensibilities, musical diversity and a boundless spirit of experimentation in both songwriting and production. They embrace old school recording techniques and tools with just a hint of modern convenience. These classic sounds are baked into their DNA—the band is made up of brothers Shane Fogerty and Tyler Fogerty, the sons of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s John Fogerty. Hearty Har’s eleven-track album Radio Astro was written, recorded and mixed in the brothers’ one-room converted garage studio, where Shane and Tyler learned and honed their craft in real time during its creation.
