75 Years of Sennheiser

2020 marks 75 years of innovation in the fields of microphones, headphones, wireless technology and beyond from Sennheiser. This iconic and venerable company has racked up an impressive list of achievements over seven decades—see the interview and timeline below.

In 1991 Sennheiser acquired the other historic German microphone company, Neumann, followed by the acquisition of Klein + Hummel loudspeakers in 2009. Sennheiser is still a privately-owned family company run by brothers Daniel and Dr. Andreas Sennheiser, who are continually looking toward the future of audio.
